Job Description
- Conduct and develop sales strategy.
- Plan sales calls and meetings for customer accounts.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines.
- Report sales performance regularly to the Area Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners.
- Collecting feedback from customers and business partners.
- Conducting marketing activities, such as: End User Seminars, Exhibitions, etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Embryology, or other relevant scientific fields.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Have relevant sales experience in scientific related areas.
- Strong leadership skills supported by effective communication abilities.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationships in scientific related areas
- Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic business changes.
- Willingness to travel out of town.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
