• Support sales operations, such as preparing for tenders, participating in or organizing meetings and exhibitions.

• Work with the Sales Manager to increase the market presence and market share, achieve target figures and collect receivables.

• Write articles for projects, events, quarterly newsletter, product/new product launch, including content for SEO.

• Conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and training materials for sales support.

• Resolve customer issues, maintain customer relationship.

• Conduct market analysis and create strategies, including travelling in-person to retrieve market information.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

• Translate brochures, catalogues, user manual, technical specifications etc... from English to Vietnamese and vice versa when required

• Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience as an embryologist. Used to be a product specialist in the medical devices or cell culture industry or IVF is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology.

• Strong in customer service skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills.

• Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).

• Highly developed attention to detail.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Competency in graphic design and content creation is a plus.

• Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required)

• Willing to travel to support customers.
