Primary Job Location: Bengaluru


Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved in sourcing new leads, updating of client’s profile,

inbound and outbound calls and emails, and marketing campaigns – Webinars,

Seminars and Technical Discussions. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills,

independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold

calls and emails

 Convert opportunities into active accounts by presenting detailed information

 Provide knowledge of IVF product catalogue, and product maintenance

 Responsible for researching and identifying new leads

 Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information

 Expected to maintain a minimum number of high-volume outgoing communications

 Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written

communications

 Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices

 Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted


The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

 Graduate of Embryology course

 Knowledge of fertility or IVF treatments and products

 Understanding of fertility treatment protocols is an advantage

 Sales and Marketing experience is a plus

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Organized, analytical and can work under pressure

 Proactive and a team player

 High professional integrity, honesty and trust

 Willing to travel
