Job Description

  • Coordinate with COO/Sales Manager the PO, WO, quotations and related documentations received from field sales.
  • Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.
  • Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing, send and updates customer on the order detail and scheduling.
  • Liase with Production to ensure production of ordered units are progressing in a timely manner.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complains; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.
  • Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounting upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.
  • Manage and organize sales documents.
  • Meeting ISO Objective and operate to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services.
  • Handle resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.
  • Help customer to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialist.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably with Science or Engineering background.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Excellent ability to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Solid understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven success in customer satisfaction and demonstrated flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
